Pando is a first-of-its-kind financial tool for those who dare to dream big.

You can think of a Pando pool as your personal board of advisors — your self-selected "PayPal Mafia" — where you all have a stake in each others' success. Members come together and commit a small portion of their income (above a pre-selected hurdle) to a shared pool. Contributions go into the pool and the funds then get divided up equally each year. So each time one of you wins, all of you win.
