"We love using Justworks at EducationSuperHighway! We didn't previously have a PEO and found Justworks to be easy to onboard with and straight-forward to implement. Things we find most helpful are: - The platform's UI is very intuitive and the reports are super helpful. - Their support has always been quick and helpful and we enjoy working with our CSM who has helped with all things from payroll to new hire onboarding, and terminations. Justworks also has specialists who have helped us with some of our most complicated HR questions. - We previously had issues with state tax accounts, payroll reports, keeping track of required trainings. After switching to Justworks we haven't experienced any of them. - Payroll runs seamlessly and the platform has up to date previews of the upcoming payroll invoices throughout the cycle, a handy calendar to keep track of pay dates, and email reminders when payroll is processing.
